NEW!!!  We now offer local pick-up and delivery service when you book your repair.  Our service area includes Conroe, Katy, Pearland, and Deer Park.  If you reside outside our Houston service area, please ask for a quote for pick up and delivery and we’ll be happy to provide it.  

NEW!!!  If you are working with us through the mail, we now provide shipping labels and instructions on how to get your machine safely packed and into the shop.  

NEW!!!  To book any repair, We now use a state-of-the-art repair ticketing system.  When you need repair, simply visit www.thejuraguy.com/refurb and submit your request.  

NEW!!!  Jura for the Office.  We now service Juras anywhere coffee might be served: at home, the office, in restaurants, churches, hotels, and even the lobby of a luxury apartment building.  We offer leases and cover each machine with our world class service.  You can help!  Ask friends and family what sort of coffee they would like at their office?  Jura of course, from your favorite local provider: The Jura Guy!
