Created in 2008, Java Pura is a locally owned, Houston based coffee roaster in Bellaire, Texas.

Java Pura takes a uniquely personal approach to sourcing their coffee. All of their imports come from Central American farmers with whom they deal directly, and whom they’ve met in person
(and one Kenyan co-operative, with which they also deal directly).

By cutting out the middleman, Java Pura not only has great control over the quality of their coffee, they also practice and promote sustainability and responsibility in the specialty coffee trade.

The blend we curated is specifically designed for Jura Fully Automatic Coffee Machines! It is a medium-roast, full bodied espresso, brimming with flavor! It's a versatile roast that works great for all your favorite coffee drinks!
Most importantly, it has been roasted NOT to leave an oily residue in yourJura machine.
