Los Santos is a stunning, mountainous zone in central-southern Costa Rica, in the province of San José. It encompasses the cantons of Dota, Leon Cortes Castro and Tarrazú—the latter of which is the most well-known and respected coffee area in Costa Rica. This washed coffee is grown at an elevation between 1,280-1,800 meters above sea level and was handpicked by small-holder producers and sorted for the highest possible quality of beans.
The resulting flavor profile of this delicious coffee is chocolaty, caramel with a pleasant orange citrus finish. If you loved our Don Teofilo, we are sure that you will enjoy this coffee as well!
