When you fill out the form below, we will respond with a Trade-in Value and/or an offer to Buy. If we are unable to make an offer, you are welcome to recycle the machine with us. Please keep in mind: the machines we buy must be completely refurbished which takes 3-5 hours or more plus parts cost, and so our offer on your used machine must necessarily take this into account. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost and ensuring that the machine arrives as described.
We cannot make offers on the following models. We do recycle machines, but unfortunately we are unable to cover shipping

How does our trade in process work? Start by filling out a form and accepting an offer from us for your machine. Once you have accepted your offer, you can select from any of our fully refurbished coffee machines.
